There is a little bit of wear and tear, but, it is in generally good shape
Would You Book This Same Cabin Again?
No way. I was counting the days until we could leave this cabin.
Noise In Cabin
You could hear a good deal of noise, it was mostly tolerable
The cabins on this section of deck 12 are situated directly under the Self-Service Restaurant. Noise could be heard each morning from approx 5.00am as staff prepared the restaurant for breakfast.
Cabin Odor
No noticable Odors
Temperature Control in Cabin
The temperature controls were good, but, you would have to regularly change them to maintain the appropriate temperature
WiFi Signal Strength in Cabin 2142
Have you seen what the cruise line charges for WiFi? I can't afford that... (I didn't test it...)
Lighting
The lighting was good -- nothing extraordinary
Bathroom Condition
Spotless. Everything is in top shape and feels very clean
View From The Cabin
The view was partially obstructed
The deck above protrudes out over the side of the ship for a considerable length. This means that the view from the balconies is restricted upwards. We were in the fjords and could see the base of the mountains and water but NOT the tops of the mountains and sky due to the overhang obstructing the view.
Drawers, Clothes and Luggage Storage
Good, but, I could have used a bit more storage space
Technology, Comfort & Convenience
Good. Appropriately sized, flat-panel TV and Ipod dock
Lounging Space
Needs more sitting room. Only a chair and no coffee or side table

We love Celebrity cruise ships and have sailed with them a number of times. Our problem with this cabin was the noise from the Restaurant above and the restricted view due to the overhanging deck above.
