There is a little bit of wear and tear, but, it is in generally good shape
Would You Book This Same Cabin Again?
Absolutely! It's a great cabin.
Noise In Cabin
A little noise in the cabin -- you didn't notice it if you were not paying attention
Cabin Odor
A slight odor, but, you go used to it.
On occasion we had a slight sewerage smell in bathroom, with the door closed.
Temperature Control in Cabin
Why did they even bother putting a thermostat in the cabin -- it didn't work
A/C turned down all the way and some nights it was still hot in the room. The A/C problem was experienced all over the ship so it wasn't just our cabin.
WiFi Signal Strength in Cabin 9001
I'm on vacation -- the last thing I want to do is connect to WiFi. (I didn't test it…)
Lighting
The lighting is exceptional - the cabin was very thoughfully lit.
Bathroom Condition
There is a little bit of wear and tear on the bathroom, but, it didn't feel dirty
View From The Cabin
Very good view
Large circle picture window out port side.
Drawers, Clothes and Luggage Storage
Very good. I was able to find a place for most things in the drawers and closet. I did have to use my suitcase to store some things
Technology, Comfort & Convenience
Good. Appropriately sized, flat-panel TV and Ipod dock
Lounging Space
Excellent. Combination of chair(s), couch and coffee or side table. Everyone could find a seat
Your Comments & Observations (OPTIONAL QUESTION)
Cabin 9001 in the last cabin on the port side forward, just before the crew entrance to the Bridge. It is an oceanview cabin on a balcony floor. It is approx. 1/3 longer than the other cabins, giving you 2 chairs on one side of the bed and a couch on the other side. Plenty of room.
