The cabin is in desparate need of a remodel. It looks tired and feels dirty
Would You Book This Same Cabin Again?
No way. I was counting the days until we could leave this cabin.
Noise In Cabin
The cabin was so noisy that I would never book this cabin again
The air con shuddered and made odd noises
Cabin Odor
A very strong, unpleasant odor persisted throughout the cruise.
It smelt of sewerage

The temperature controls were VERY effective and you could easily maintain temperature

I couldn't get WiFi in the cabin
Lighting
The lighting is exceptional - the cabin was very thoughfully lit.
Bathroom Condition
The bathroom is beginning to look "tired". But, it still appeared to be clean
View From The Cabin
The view was partially obstructed
Drawers, Clothes and Luggage Storage
Excellent. I was able to find a place for everything in the drawers and closet. I didn't have to leave anything in my suitcase
Technology, Comfort & Convenience
Needs serious improvement. Undersized flat panel TV and no iPod dock

Very Good. Chair or a couch with a coffee or side table

Our speaker for captains messages didnt work, bar fridge was room temp there was an undeniable smell of sewerage from toilet which glen 20 couldnt mask. Room was not serviced well and air conditioner was loud
