Guest Review of Voyager of the Seas Cabin

Cabin Score
59
out of 100
reviewed by Mick C. of Penrith , Australia
Cruise Date:4/4/2016
Review Submitted:4/16/2016
Passengers in Cabin:4 Passengers
Past Cruise Experience:2-5 Cruises
Cruise Length:11-20 Days
Overall Room Condition Impressions There is a little bit of wear and tear, but, it is in generally good shape
Would You Book This Same Cabin Again? No way. I was counting the days until we could leave this cabin.
Noise In Cabin A little noise in the cabin -- you didn't notice it if you were not paying attention Front of the ship away from the Royal Promenade, but heard people in the next cabin regularly- particularly the children
Cabin Odor No noticable Odors
Temperature Control in Cabin The temperature controls were VERY effective and you could easily maintain temperature
WiFi Signal Strength in Cabin 6213 The WiFi signal strength was OK
Lighting The lighting was good -- nothing extraordinary
Bathroom Condition There is a little bit of wear and tear on the bathroom, but, it didn't feel dirty
View From The Cabin What view? I was in an inside cabin
Drawers, Clothes and Luggage Storage My cabin size was effectively a closet to begin with - so there was hardly any storage space
Technology, Comfort & Convenience Good. Appropriately sized, flat-panel TV and Ipod dock
Lounging Space Only place to sit is the beds. There is no room in this cabin for anything else
Your Comments & Observations (OPTIONAL QUESTION) The inside cabin is small and clean. The location was right up the front of the ship. With heavy swell, you feel everything. The room was good, however, for access to the La Scala Theatre and lifts which are located at that end. It was also handy for tenders and disembarking. However, you were completely opposite from the Windjammer and restaurants. Overall, it was ok if you could tolerate the sea sickness or swell and didn't spend much time in the cabin anyway.
DeckPlanGenius Review Authenticity Statement In a perfect world, everybody would be honest and there would be no "fake" reviews -- reviews for compensation, reviews by those with a business connection to the cruise line and even reviews by persons who never cruised in this cabin or on this ship! Use common sense and maintain a degree of skepticism with all reviews that you read.

THIS CABIN REVIEW IS THE OPINION OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS CLAIMED TO SAIL IN THIS CABIN AND NOT OF DECKPLANGENIUS OR ITS WEBSITE OPERATORS.
