Would You Book This Same Cabin Again?
Absolutely! It's a great cabin.
Noise In Cabin
A little noise in the cabin -- you didn't notice it if you were not paying attention
This cabin is a fully wheelchair accessible cabin. It is at the very end of the ship and looks out over the Lower Promenade deck out the back of the ship. There is a foot traffic but the tinting on the window prevents people from seeing in. There are two doors at the end of the hall outside this cabin that will slam shut if people going through let them. There was a sign on the door asking people to be considerate. Also, the lights are on outside the cabin on the deck all night.
Cabin Odor
No noticable Odors
Temperature Control in Cabin
The temperature controls were VERY effective and you could easily maintain temperature
WiFi Signal Strength in Cabin 3431
The WiFi signal strength was OK
Lighting
The lighting was good -- nothing extraordinary
Bathroom Condition
Spotless. Everything is in top shape and feels very clean
View From The Cabin
Amazing view - I loved looking at the view every day
This cabin is at the end of the ship and the window looks out over the end of the ship. You get a great view of where you have been!
Drawers, Clothes and Luggage Storage
Excellent. I was able to find a place for everything in the drawers and closet. I didn't have to leave anything in my suitcase
Technology, Comfort & Convenience
Good. Appropriately sized, flat-panel TV and Ipod dock
Lounging Space
Very Good. Chair or a couch with a coffee or side table
Your Comments & Observations (OPTIONAL QUESTION)
This room is great if you need a fully wheelchair accessible room. There is a desk and chair, but no couch. There were 4 closet sections with adjustable shelves and 4 drawers in the desk unit. We also used a walker to get from the bed to the bathroom. The wheelchair had to basically go in front of the door at night. It was a little tight going in and out of the door to the hall. We found that going in and out backwards worked best. If you have an incontinence problem, you may want to bring your own plastic bags. The ship doesn't use them in the trash container. The steward brought us some very large blue plastic soiled linens bags which worked out ok. Keep in mind that there is no shelf under the sink as there is in non-handicapped rooms. My mother had trouble reaching the sink and controls from the wheelchair but she isn't very tall either. This is an older ship so there was only 1 electrical plug at the desk. There is an outlet in the bathroom, but it is a shaver plug.
