Overall Room Condition Impressions The cabin is in desparate need of a remodel. It looks tired and feels dirty
Would You Book This Same Cabin Again? No way. I was counting the days until we could leave this cabin.
Noise In Cabin A little noise in the cabin -- you didn't notice it if you were not paying attention
Cabin Odor A very strong, unpleasant odor persisted throughout the cruise.
Temperature Control in Cabin The temperature controls were good, but, you would have to regularly change them to maintain the appropriate temperature
WiFi Signal Strength in Cabin A606 I couldn't get WiFi in the cabin
Lighting The lighting was good -- nothing extraordinary
Bathroom Condition The bathroom is beginning to look "tired". But, it still appeared to be clean
View From The Cabin Very good view

Your Comments & Observations (OPTIONAL QUESTION) Our cabin stay was terrible. When we first walked in the cabin, it was hot. We called for a serviceman, who came out, serviced the AC and told us it would now be fine. An engineer and four service calls later over the next five days proved that this was not a fact. We also experienced a horrible smell from the toilet all the time and also experienced a problem with not being able to flush the toilet most of the time. We also paid for use of the Internet, which did not work for the first four days and we kept trying to get on the Internet using most all of our minutes. I feel it was the ship's responsibility to inform us that the Internet was not functioning. We called for service during most of our 15 days trip. We pleaded with everyone to change our balcony stateroom as the toilet facilities were terrible and the smell in the bathroom was disturbing and disgusting. This request fell on deaf ears and we were told there were no other rooms available. Cabins on our floor flooded from the toilets and soaked the whole cabins. They found other accommodations for these people but not us. We were on the first leg of our back to back. By the fifteenth day of our Hawaii trip, we were thoroughly disgusted and I told the purser's desk that unless our cabin was changed for the second leg of our voyage, we were leaving the ship when we returned to Los Angeles. I feel the purser insulted us then, by saying we had to pay an additional 300 dollars extra to leave the ship early,( what a joke). I then called my American Express representative and was about to stop all payment for the entire trip when your hotel manager came out from the purser's office and apologized for what happened on our trip and promised she would upgrade us to a better cabin the next day, which she did. In my opinion, this ship had a plethora of problems. I feel we should have been offered some type of compensation for the horrible first 15 day leg of our trip which ruined our anniversary celebration. I will be very surprised if we even receive a call about our terrible experience. SINCERELY, UPSET. David Morris
